Q1How does the pricing actually work?
You pay one flat fee of $297 to put a negotiator on your deal (currently $200 off the regular $497 rate). That's the entire cost. There's no percentage and no cut of your savings. If we can't beat your quote, the $297 is refunded in full, so the worst case is you sign the deal you already had.
Q2What if you can't beat my quote?
Then you've lost nothing. We refund the flat fee in full, because there were no savings to show for it. Sometimes the best outcome is confirming your quote was already strong, and we'll tell you that honestly.
Q3How quickly can you turn it around?
Most quotes are reworked within 48 hours. If you're up against a same-day signing deadline, flag it when you submit and we'll prioritize it.
Q4Do I have to tell the dealer I'm using you?
No. We work behind the scenes from your quote. You stay in control of the conversation and always have final say on whether to accept anything we negotiate.
Q5What do you need from me to start?
Just your real out-the-door quote: the itemized breakdown with the selling price, fees, and any add-ons, plus the vehicle details and your ZIP. The more complete the quote, the harder we can push.
Q6Is this different from your Done-for-You service?
Yes. Deal Rescue is for when you already have a quote in hand and just want it beaten. If you haven't picked a car or want us to source and negotiate the whole thing end to end, that's our Done-for-You package.
